Executive Decisions Inc. LLP provides Civil & Structural and Infrastructure consultancy works comprised primarily of designing, liaising with related Authorities, preparing design calculations and drawings for approval, co-ordinating with other Consultants, prepare documents, tender evaluation, reports and recommendations, prepare construction drawings, supervise building construction, including ABC Water Feature Design, Design for Safety (DFS), ECM design and ERSS works.

Project Management Services are offered to provide technical services in pre-tender, prepare methodology of works, preparing all temporary works’ designs and drawings, site co-ordination, site guidance on works and contractors’ claims in the dutiful performance of the works undertaken by them.

Expert services in the form of claims, arbitration; expert witness in litigation, prepare accident reports, prepare claim reports, site problem identification, etc. Compressed air works, heading and tunnelling works are also provided to many local insurance companies and clients.
